Our weather policy is pretty simple: If you cancel 24+ hours in advance due to predicted inclimate weather, we will refund 100% of the money you have paid.

Most of our units are meant to be used wet, so a light rain is not a problem and we leave the choice to stay with the rental plans up to you. However, we recommend while using the inflatable: “When thunder roars, Go indoors!”

There may be times when, as a company, we have to make the call to cancel due to extreme thunderstorms or high wind. Safety is our highest priority, so while we don’t like to make the call to cancel your event, it may be necessary for the safety of our crew and our customers. Of course in these cases, we will also refund any money you have paid up to that point.

Note that we will have to cancel an event if expected sustained winds are 15+ mph or expected wind gusts are 25+ mph!

The rental cost you see on our website includes set up, inflating, and securing of your inflatable.  For this price, you can have the inflatable for up to 24 hours.  After your event, our crew will return to roll it up and take it away.

We collect sales tax as well, but of course we don’t keep that!  Please let us know if your organization is tax exempt and we can adjust your reservation accordingly.

Yes!  Please email a copy of your tax exempt certificate, or your tax exempt number to us at info@letsbouncerentals.com 

Unfortunately, we require only our trained crew members to deliver and set up the inflatables.  Most of them are between 200-800 pounds and have specific security requirements.  We don’t want anyone to get hurt!  

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. During set up, we do provide a water hose (100ft long) and will instruct you how to manage the water usage.

Unfortunately, we can’t allow customers to set up the inflatables.  These range from 200-800 lbs and we don’t want anyone to get hurt!

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We provide:

  • Inflatable(s)
  • Appropriately sized blower(s)
  • 100′ extension cord(s)
  • 100′ water hose (if needed)

You provide:

  • A flat surface with 3′ clearance on all sides of the inflatable.
  • Outlets
    • If renting more than one inflatable, you will  need to ensure you have the correct number of outlets on separate electrical circuits.  
    • If that isn’t possible, you can provide a generator.  We can consult with you to ensure the generator provides enough amperage for your inflatables, or you can rent one from us.
  • Tarps, depending on your preference.
  • A water spigot within 100′ of placement.

Yes, we can provide a COI. 

Please check with the venue to see if they need to be listed as “additionally insured”.  If so, please email us at least one week in advance of your event with the following information:  

  • Venue Name / Organization
  • Venue Address

It can take up to a couple of business days to receive the proper COI.
